Very Shiny Chocolate Glaze
Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
- 10 ounces chocolate, chopped
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (minus 2 tbsp)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- 1 Melt all ingredients over a water bath.
- 2 Stir constantly, avoiding bubbles.
- 3 Cool to room temperature.
- 4 Pour over cooled cake from the center and let spread itself, run a spatula along the cake side to distribute the glaze.
