Salmon Barbecue Marinade

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons ketchup
Directions
- 1 Blend all ingredients over low heat.
- 2 Cover fillet (leave skin on one side) and let stand at room temperature for 4 hours.
- 3 When cooking on grill, cook with skin down - use aluminum foil under fillet - DO NOT BURN.
