Rustic Oat Crumble Topping

Time: 1 hrs


  • 125 g butter, chopped into pieces
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats, traditional not instant


  • 1 Mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 Roughly rub through the butter.
  • 3 Place on top of prepared fruit base of either stewed, canned or raw fruit.
  • 4 Bake at 200 C for 40-50 minutes.
