Quick Chocolate Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 1/3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sour cream (I used light)

Directions

• 1 Put chips in a microwave safe saucepan with butter on top. Microwave on medium for 2 minutes, then stir.
• 2 Continue cooking at medium heat for 20 second increments then stirring until smooth.
• 3 Add a spoonful of sour cream and stir well (this tempers the chocolate mix).
• 4 Stir in the rest of the sour cream till well blended.
• 5 Spoon over ice cream. YUM!
