Iced Green Tea With Ginger

Ingredients
- 500 ml water
- 1/2-1 cm fresh ginger
- 3 teaspoons green tea leaves
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ice
- lemon balm leaves (optional)
Directions
- 1 Measure water into a saucepan, add ginger and bring to boil.
- 2 Add tea leaves; brew 1-3 minutes (or longer, depending on how strong you like your tea).
- 3 Add sugar and lemon juice, strain tea.
- 4 Allow to cool and add ice. Garnish with lemon balm leaves.
