Honey-Rosemary Chicken

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons coarse grain mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons bottled minced garlic (3 cloves)
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh rosemary
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
- 1 For marinade, in a small bowl combine honey, olive oil, mustard, garlic, rosemary, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- 2 Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag.
- 3 Pour marinade over chicken.
- 4 Seal bag; turn to coat chicken.
- 5 Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
- 6 Drain chicken, reserving marinade.
- 7 Place chicken on grill rack.
- 8 Cover and gril 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, brushing once with reserved marinade halfway through grilling.
- 9 Discard any remaining marinade.
