Herb Marinade for Grilled Chicken

Ingredients

• 1 cup olive oil
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• salt and pepper, about 1/4 tsp. salt, less pepper
• 1 teaspoon savory
• 1 teaspoon rosemary
• 1 teaspoon tarragon
• 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

• 1 Place all ingredients into a jar, close tightly, shake well.
• 2 Pour into ziploc baggie, add chicken pieces, marinate about 4 hours.
• 3 Grill til chicken is done.
• 4 You can salt and pepper chicken just before grilling if you prefer.
