Ingredients

• 1 cup flour
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 3/4 cups heartland granola cereal

Directions

• 1 Preheat oven to 350.
• 2 In a small bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
• 3 Melt butterscotch chips and butter. Cool 5 minutes.
• 4 Add brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cereal. Blend in flour mixture.
• 5 Spread in an 8x8 pan. Bake until tootchpick comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
• 6 Cool before cutting into squares.
