Ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) bag dried black-eyed peas
• 1 small ham hock
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Del Monte zesty jalapeno pepper diced tomato
• 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
• 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
• 1 stalk celery, chopped

Directions

• 1 Pre-soak black-eyed peas according to the instructions on the bag.
• 2 Combine all ingredients and cook on low for 9-10 hours.
