Champagne Mangoes

Time: 30 mins


  • 6 ripe mangoes
  • 10 1/2 ounces frozen raspberries
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle champagne


  • 1 Chill champagne glasses.
  • 2 Peel and slice mangoes and chill.
  • 3 Partially thaw raspberries.
  • 4 Place slices of mango topped with whole raspberries in bottom of glass and fill with champagne. Serve immediately. Cook times are chill times.
