Orange Icing

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/2 tablespoons orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 1/2 cups icing sugar, sifted
- 1 tablespoon orange juice (or more)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Directions
- 1 Cream the butter.
- 2 Add grated orange zest and salt.
- 3 Add icing sugar alternately with orange juice and lemon juice. You can put the sifter right over the bowl while adding the icing sugar.
- 4 Beat well after each addition.
- 5 Add a little more orange juice if required.
- 6 Beat until creamy and easy to spread.
