Onion and Mustard Spinach Salad Dressing

Ingredients

• 1 medium onion
• 2/3 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
• 1 tablespoon mustard
• 1/3 cup cider vinegar
• 1 cup canola oil or 1 cup olive oil

Directions

• 1 Cut onion into large chunks and place in blender with remaining ingredients. Blend well.
• 2 I usually use this on a salad made with baby spinach, hard bolied eggs, bacon bits, mushrooms, and a bag of stuffing mix.
