No-cook Chocolate Mascarpone Cake

Ingredients
- 8 italian almond cookies
- 2 tablespoons orange liqueur
- 7 ounces dark chocolate
- 9 ounces mascarpone cheese
Directions
- 1 Line a 4 cup loaf pan with clingfilm.
- 2 Break and crumble the cookies.
- 3 Mix with the orangeliqeur and let it soak.
- 4 Melt the chocolate au bain marie (in a pan above a pan with simmering water).
- 5 Let the chocolate slightly cool.
- 6 Mix the chocolate with the mascarpone and the soaked cookies.
- 7 Pour into prepared pan.
- 8 Let it stiffen in the refridgerator for at least 2 hours.
- 9 Slice (with a wet knife) and serve with lemonsauce or whipped cream or just eat it as it is.
