Cold Asparagus With Mustard Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs asparagus
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- pepper
Directions
- 1 Steam asparagus until crisp but fork tender Chill in cold water to stop cooking process.
- 2 Mix together ingredients.
- 3 Add asparagus to mixture and toss.
- 4 Let stand in refidgerator for at least 1 hour.
