Buttermilk Pecan Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 1/3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup ground pecans
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika (not 1/2 t!)
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped pecans
Directions
- 1 Melt butter in baking dish; set aside.
- 2 Combine flour and next 5 ingredients.
- 3 Combine egg white and buttermilk.
- 4 Dip chicken in egg mixture and dredge in flour mixture, coating well.
- 5 Place chicken in baking dish, coating once with butter.
- 6 Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- 7 Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until done.
