Country Style Fried Skillet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Crisco shortening
- 5 large potatoes (cooked, peeled or unpeeled, cubed into about 1/2-inch or larger)
- seasoning salt (or use white salt)
- black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- 1 In a large cast-iron skillet heat the shortening over medium-high heat.
- 2 Add in the cubed potatoes and cook stirring until the potatoes are golden brown.
- 3 Season with seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic and paprika.
- 4 Serve hot.
- 5 Delicious!
