Teriyaki Hamburgers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • lettuce leaf
  • tomato, sliced
  • mustard

Directions

  • 1 Combine the first 6 ingredients and shape into patties.
  • 2 Cook patties in a large skillet over medium-low heat 20 minutes, turning once.
  • 3 Serve on buns with lettuce, tomato and mustard.
