Bed and Breakfast Buckwheat Waffles

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups buckwheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups flour (I use whole wheat)
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup melted and cooled butter
Directions
- 1 Pre heat waffle iron.
- 2 Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- 3 Beat eggs, buttermilk, and butter till well combined.
- 4 Add to the dry ingredients just till blended.
- 5 Cook in a pan sprayed waffle iron till crisp and brown.
- 6 Serve w/ warm maple syrup and fresh strawberries.
