Speedy Oatmeal Burgers

Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can reduced fat cream soup
  • 10 1/2 ounces water

Directions

  • 1 Mix oatmeal salt, and sage. Add onion and eggs. Drop by large spoonfuls onto a hot non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • 2 Brown on both sides.
  • 3 Mix soup and water, pour over burgers. Cover, simmer on low for 20 minutes.
