Low-Fat Yogurt Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
Directions
- 1 Preheat the oven to 400 F and spray a baking pan with non-stick spray.
- 2 Cut the chicken breast into strips.
- 3 Coat each strip in the yogurt, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- 4 Cook for about seven minutes, then flip and cook seven more.
- 5 Serve with your favourite dipping sauce (Marinara, Ranch dressing, ketchup, mustard, honey -- etc!).
