Low-Fat Yogurt Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

  • 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the oven to 400 F and spray a baking pan with non-stick spray.
  • 2 Cut the chicken breast into strips.
  • 3 Coat each strip in the yogurt, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  • 4 Cook for about seven minutes, then flip and cook seven more.
  • 5 Serve with your favourite dipping sauce (Marinara, Ranch dressing, ketchup, mustard, honey -- etc!).
