Easy Lemon Dill Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup fat free sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, minced or 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, minced

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 2 Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small bowl.
  • 3 Spray a medium casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 4 Spread 1/4 of the lemon dill sauce on bottom of pan.
  • 5 Arrange chicken breasts on top of sauce in a single layer.
  • 6 Pour remaining sauce over chicken and spread evenly.
  • 7 Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
