Beef and Cabbage Soup a La Shoneys

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 head cabbage
- 2 celery ribs
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups water
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- 1 Dice the vegetables.
- 2 Brown the ground beef.
- 3 Drain.
- 4 Add onion, celery, bell pepper and garlic.
- 5 Cook until wilted.
- 6 Add the diced cabbage.
- 7 Add tomatoes juice and all.
- 8 Add Worcestershire sauce.
- 9 Add pepper.
- 10 Add 2 cups water.
- 11 add boullion cubes
- 12 Add drained beans.
- 13 Cook 30 minutes.
