Baked Asparagus With Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 bunch asparagus, washed and trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 1 cup olive oil (divided)
- salt and pepper
- 1 lemon, juice of
Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 Lightly coat asparagus with 2 tablespoons oil and salt and pepper.
- 3 Bake for 10 minutes.
- 4 Whisk together remaining 1 cup oil and the lemon juice.
- 5 Add salt and pepper to taste.
- 6 Remove asparagus from oven, and set on serving platter and drizzle with dressing.
