Ingredients

• 1 1/2 lbs salmon steaks or 1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets

Directions

• 1 Mix all marinade ingredients and pour over salmon. Marinate for 1 hour. Place fillets over medium hot coals.
• 2 Grill for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
