Ingredients

• 1 lb crabmeat
• 1 1/2 cups leftover mashed potatoes or 1 1/2 cups instant mashed potatoes
• 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, scrambled
• 1 large onion, chopped
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon pepper

Directions

• 1 Mix all together as a hash and fry in oil until browned on both sides.
• 2 Great for breakfast with eggs or main meal.
• 3 Can substitute fish for crab.
