Raspberry Tofu Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup raspberry jam
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 12 ounces soft tofu
Directions
- 1 Throw all your ingredients in the food processor (you might want to break up the tofu a bit) and blend till smooth.
- 2 I found some tofu stuck around the edges so scraping that down to the bottom helps.
- 3 When finished taste and add a bit of extra honey if needed.
