Hamburg Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground round
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 garlic clove, diced
- 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 lb noodles, cooked and drained
- salt and pepper
Directions
- 1 Brown hamburg with onion and garlic and mushrooms.
- 2 Drain off fat.
- 3 Add soup and sour cream, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes -- do not let it boil.
- 4 Serve over hot noodles.
