Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 5 lbs potatoes
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped fine
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 tablespoon margarine
Directions
- 1 Peel and boil potatoes.
- 2 Mash potatoes.
- 3 Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper and 1/2 cup margarine.
- 4 Mix well with mixer.
- 5 Put in a 13 x 9 inch pan.
- 6 Dot top with 1 Tablespoon margarine.
- 7 Refrigerate 1 to 2 days.
- 8 Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes.
