Skillet Orange Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork loin steaks
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 3/4 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Directions

  • 1 In non-stick skillet, brown chops on one side over medium-high heat; turn chops.
  • 2 Stir together remaining ingredients in a small bowl to dissolve cornstarch. Pour over pork chops in skillet.
  • 3 Lower heat; simmer covered for 6-8 minutes.
  • 4 Serve.
