Rustic Oat Crumble Topping
Time: 1 hrs
Ingredients
- 125 g butter, chopped into pieces
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, traditional not instant
Directions
- 1 Mix all ingredients together.
- 2 Roughly rub through the butter.
- 3 Place on top of prepared fruit base of either stewed, canned or raw fruit.
- 4 Bake at 200 C for 40-50 minutes.
