Piquante Chicken and Beans With Cheese (Crock Pot)

Time: 5 hrs 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in large dice
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans chili beans
  • 1 cup chunky salsa, such as Pace
  • 2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated

Directions

  • 1 Place all ingredients, except salt, pepper and cheese into crock pot and stir well.
  • 2 Cook on high 4-5 hours or on low 6-8 hours.
  • 3 Add salt and pepper to taste, if needed, sprinkle cheese over top and cook an additional 15 minutes.
