Herb Butter for Fish Fillets (Flounder) Baked or Broiled

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon chives, freeze dried
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 lb fish fillet

Directions

  • 1 Mix the lemon juice, tarragon, chives and the melted butter.
  • 2 Pour over the fish and either bake or broil to your liking. You could bake at 350 degrees F. for about 8 minutes (depending upon thickness of the fish).
