Herb Butter for Fish Fillets (Flounder) Baked or Broiled

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon chives, freeze dried
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 lb fish fillet
Directions
- 1 Mix the lemon juice, tarragon, chives and the melted butter.
- 2 Pour over the fish and either bake or broil to your liking. You could bake at 350 degrees F. for about 8 minutes (depending upon thickness of the fish).
