Hamburg Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground round
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 garlic clove, diced
  • 1 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb noodles, cooked and drained
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • 1 Brown hamburg with onion and garlic and mushrooms.
  • 2 Drain off fat.
  • 3 Add soup and sour cream, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes -- do not let it boil.
  • 4 Serve over hot noodles.
