Greek Honey Lemon Chicken

Time: 40 mins


  • 8 boneless chicken thighs or 4 skinless chicken breast halves


  • 1 Prepare marinade by combining all ingredients in glass dish.
  • 2 Add chicken and coat with marinade.
  • 3 Marinate at room temperature for at least 15 minutes or overnight (in fridge) for a more pronounced flavour.
  • 4 Drain chicken reserving marinade and cook chicken basting with marinade either on a grill or bbq for approximately 10 minutes each side.
  • 5 Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
