Fluffy Pan-Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 large lemon
  • powdered sugar

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 375.
  • 2 On the stovetop, melt butter in large frying pan.
  • 3 Meanwhile in a bowl, beat eggs with a fork until frothy.
  • 4 In a separate bowl, stir together the flour and milk.
  • 5 Dump the egg into the flour mixture and stir.
  • 6 Pour batter into pan with bubbly butter, put pan into oven.
  • 7 Bake for 15 minutes.
  • 8 Will puff up, edges will curl and brown.
  • 9 Take out of oven and drizzle with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
  • 10 Dust with powdered sugar.
