Fluffy Pan-Cake

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 large lemon
- powdered sugar
Directions
- 1 Preheat oven to 375.
- 2 On the stovetop, melt butter in large frying pan.
- 3 Meanwhile in a bowl, beat eggs with a fork until frothy.
- 4 In a separate bowl, stir together the flour and milk.
- 5 Dump the egg into the flour mixture and stir.
- 6 Pour batter into pan with bubbly butter, put pan into oven.
- 7 Bake for 15 minutes.
- 8 Will puff up, edges will curl and brown.
- 9 Take out of oven and drizzle with fresh squeezed lemon juice.
- 10 Dust with powdered sugar.
