Cheesy Sausage Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 -4 Italian sausages
  • 1 (750 ml) jar pasta sauce
  • 3 cups pasta
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup cheese

Directions

  • 1 Cook sausages, drain fat. Cut into bite sized chunks and place in large pot.
  • 2 Add pasta sauce and water, bring to a boil. Add pasta and bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover.
  • 3 Cook for 10 minutes, add vegetables. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
  • 4 Stir in cheeses and serve immediately.
