Cheddar Cheesy Meat Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust, chilled
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 minced garlic clove (optional)

Directions

  • 1 Brown ground beef with onion and garlic, drain fat off well.
  • 2 Stir flour, salt and pepper over browned beef.
  • 3 Spread mixture in pie shell.
  • 4 Spread cheeses over this.
  • 5 Whisk milk, eggs and worcestershire sauce together and carefully pour over ground beef and cheddar.
  • 6 Bake at 400 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
