Calci-Yum Protein Drink

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons non-fat powdered milk
  • 1 cup orange juice or 1 cup grape juice or 1 cup fruit juice, your favorite

Directions

  • 1 Combine ingredients in a blender or a container with a tight fitting lid.
  • 2 Blend or shake vigorously until thoroughly combined.
  • 3 Serve and enjoy!
