Ingredients

  • 3 ounces crunchy oat cereal
  • 2 1/2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/3 cups raspberries

Directions

  • 1 Preheat the grill/broiler to high.
  • 2 Spread the cereal in a shallow pan and place under the heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring regularly.
  • 3 Set aside to cool.
  • 4 When cold fold into the yogurt, then, gently fold in 1 cup of the raspberries, being careful not to crush them too much.
  • 5 Spoon into four serving dishes or glasses and top with the remaining berries.
  • 6 Serve immediately.
