Bite Size Sticky Buns

Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 12 pieces frozen yeast dinner roll dough, thawed

Directions

  • 1 Grease 24 miniature muffin cups and set aside.
  • 2 Combine butter, corn syrup, sugar and nuts.
  • 3 Spoon mixture into the bottom of muffin cups.
  • 4 Cut each dinner roll in half.
  • 5 Place cut side down on pecan mixture in muffin cup.
  • 6 Cover and let rise in a warm place until rolls double in size.
  • 7 Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  • 8 Remove from oven, cool 1 minute, then invert pan on wax paper.
