Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans reg. stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes with jalapeno peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 jalapeno, chopped and seeded
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies

Directions

  • 1 Put in blender:.
  • 2 1/2 teaspoon chili powder.
  • 3 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper.
  • 4 1/3 jalepeno.
  • 5 the tops of the green onions.
  • 6 Add some juice from 1 can of tomatoes.
  • 7 Puree this all together in the blender.
  • 8 Now puree 1 can tomatoes.
  • 9 Break up the other 2 cans of tomatoes.
  • 10 Add chopped onion and chopped green chilies.
