Mexican Zucchini Oven Fries

Ingredients

• 2 medium zucchini (cut into 1/4-inch square 3-inch long sticks -- like fries)
• vegetable oil cooking spray
• 1 tablespoon dried oregano
• 1 tablespoon ground cumin
• 1 tablespoon grill seasoning
• 1/4-1/2 cup chili sauce or 1/4-1/2 cup mild taco sauce, for dipping

Directions

• 1 Preheat oven to 500 degrees Arrange zucchini on nonstick cookie sheet.
• 2 Spray zucchini with cooking spray.
• 3 Combine spices and sprinkle over the zucchini fries.
• 4 Place in very hot oven and cook 15 to 18 minutes.
• 5 Serve hot.
• 6 Dip chili sauce or taco sauce.
