Cranberry Tea
Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh cranberries or 1 lb frozen cranberries
- 2 quarts water
- 2 cups water
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups orange juice
Directions
- 1 Boil cranberries with 2 qts water until berries pop.
- 2 Let set 5 minutes.
- 3 Strain.
- 4 Discard solids and return juice to stove.
- 5 Add 2 cups water, cinnamon sticks and sugar.
- 6 Bring to a boil; boil 1 minute.
- 7 Cool.
- 8 Add lemon and orange juices.
- 9 Heat and serve.
- 10 Store in refrigerator.
